Booking a Reiki or Self Empowerment session with me is simple and personal. I like to keep things clear and relaxed, so you know exactly what to expect at each step.

How to Book Your Reiki Session

1. Contact Me

​

To get started, please reach out via email, phone or contact form

• Your preferred session type (in-person or Remote Reiki, if applicable)

• A few dates and times that work for you

• Any questions you may have before booking

I’ll get back to you as soon as possible to discuss availability.

2. Appointment Confirmation

​

Once we’ve agreed on a date and time, I’ll provisionally confirm your appointment and hold the slot for you.

3. Invoice Sent

​

After your appointment time is agreed, I will send you an invoice for the session.

Please note:

• Full payment is required at least 24 hours before your appointment. Payment methods accepted will be detailed on invoice

• Appointments are only fully secured once payment has been received​

4. Payment & Final Confirmation

​

Once your invoice has been settled in full:

• Your appointment will be fully confirmed

• You’ll receive a payment receipt for your records

• I’ll send any final details you may need before your session​

Important Booking Information

​

• If payment is not received 24 hours before the session, the appointment may be released

• If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible

• By booking, you agree to these appointment and payment terms​

Refund & Cancellation Policy

​

At Hadden Healing, this policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with UK consumer law, while respecting the time and energy reserved for your session.

​

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty

• If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, 25% of the session fee will be retained by Hadden Healing as a late cancellation fee

• The remaining 75% of the session fee will be refunded to your original payment method​

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your appointment is cancelled by Hadden Healing, or if services cannot be provided as agreed, you will be entitled to an appropriate refund in line with the law.

Exceptional circumstances: I understand that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, please contact me as soon as possible and I will always aim to be fair and compassionate when reviewing cancellations.
