All sessions are by appointment only. Please contact Michelle in advance to arrange your session.
Terms of Business
Booking & Payment
- All sessions must be arranged in advance by contacting Michelle directly.
- Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
- We accept bank transfer and online payment methods.
Cancellation Policy
24-hour notice required. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
Health & Safety
- Reiki is a complementary therapy and is not a substitute for medical treatment. Always consult your GP for medical concerns.
- Please inform us of any health conditions, injuries, or medications before your session.
- You are welcome to stop or pause a session at any time if you feel uncomfortable.
